In 2019, Vertec was tasked with refurbishing a warehouse in the Great Cambridge Industrial Estate, Enfield, to provide a more contemporary aesthetic and additional weatherproofing.
Vertec installed new roof & wall cladding, eaves detail and gutters. As part of the refurbishment, they also constructed a flat roof for the office.
The project was completed on the 4th of October, 2019.
We loved working alongside the brilliant guys at Vertec for this project and they've done an amazing job giving an old warehouse a new lease of life.
The building now looks slick, modern and eye-catching, and the project was a resounding success - our thanks to the Vertec team!
