Introducing our new 'track your order' delivery service for better planning & project management

Stay on top of your Fixing Point deliveries - you'll now receive a 1 hour time slot & know when your driver is just 15 minutes away.

At Fixing Point we understand the value of our customers' time; no one wants to wait around on a construction site for a delivery that could come at any time of the day! 

We're all about making your project easier - and wouldn't it be better if you could plan your construction work around specified time slots?

That's why we're pleased to introduce you to our sophisticated delivery tracking service, courtesy of DPD, and our in-house Customer Services Team featuring Casey and Joe - here to deal with everything delivery related.

How our new delivery tracking service works

After you you place an order, a text will be sent to you containing your unique tracking code on your designated delivery day, letting you know your 1 hour time slot for when your items will be delivered.

You'll be able to use your tracking code to access DPD's 'Follow my Parcel' service, which allows you to follow your order in 'real time' to see exactly where your delivery driver is at that point and also see what position you are in the delivery queue.

What's even better is that you'll also have the chance to click into the app and find out when the driver is just 15 minutes away!

Making a bigger order? For larger consignments we also have access to dedicated load specialists who we can track on behalf of our customers, with updates too.

Need help with any order information?

Our in-house Customer Services Team is always available to help. We have specialists team members who can assist with any queries regarding tracking, proof of delivery and all things delivery related. 

If you need to change delivery details, the team can amend these once the order has reached the DPD depot. Alternatively, this can also be fixed through the DPD service. Just be mindful that either way this will cause a slight delay in delivery time.
