With a career spanning over 4 decades in the roofing & cladding industry, Colin joined the Fixing Point team to work alongside us in a consultancy capacity in May 2020, offering coaching, training, knowledge and marketing services.

As a key player in the industry, Colin's a member of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors, the Metal Cladding and Roofing Manufacturers Association, and he's a fellow of The Institute of Roofing.

We're really excited to have him on board with us and utilise his 40+ years of experience as we develop into our next stage of growth.

In his own words, "What's the point in doing something if you can't share it with others?".

Colin's looking forward to sharing not just his industry experience and knowledge, but the success that he knows our "bright, enthusiastic" team will bring.

Having known some of our team for a while, and seeing the exciting new things we've done in the past few years - our new brand, new headquarters, facilities and our fantastic new team - he's ready to get stuck in to this fantastic new collaboration.

That quality means 'performance over time'. Buildings are big investments; providing warranties and a system-tested approach is about minimising risk for the investor and all stakeholders in the supply chain.

Quality products performing over time eliminate that risk, enabling profitable business.

For business, "if you can't measure it, you can't manage it - simples!".

Relaxing in his garden. In the past few months alone, he's put in 700-800 new bedding plants and flowers, and likes nothing more than to sit and enjoy the tranquillity.

And with his love of rugby union, he has an excellent sparring point with some of the Welsh team members in Fixing Point and Resource!

As a family man, he loves to spend time with his wife, daughters and granddaughters - but for a 'quieter' afternoon, you might find him walking the Cotswold hills or along the coast.
