For our Business Development Manager (BDM), Henry Pullen, it’s all about relationships. Henry is responsible for nurturing strong relationships with new and existing customers, discussing their unique requirements and assessing how we can provide them with the best support. He works primarily with businesses in the South-West of England and South Wales. 

It’s important that our customers know that they can rely upon Fixing Point, whether that’s for the quality of our products, the efficiency of our services or the expertise of our people. Combining his extensive experience in roofing and cladding with his encyclopaedic knowledge of our products and services, Henry provides our customers with the reassurance and guidance that they need.

As you would expect, Henry is a people person! He's well liked in the Fixing Point team because of his outgoing and approachable nature. Friendly, hard-working and well-informed, Henry's always willing to go the extra mile to support customers and colleagues alike.

Much of Henry’s time is spent learning about our customers’ projects. When you meet him, you can expect to be asked a lot of questions! He’ll want to know about everything from the scope of works to the programme, budget, challenges and constraints. That way, he can gain a comprehensive understanding of your project and be sure that he’s recommending the right products and services for you.

Henry appreciates the importance of delivering value. He keeps us right by examining our market, closely monitoring our competitors and listening to customer feedback so that we can provide services that offer true value.

Supportive. Henry enjoys the genuine camaraderie and community spirit that he's experienced since he joined us in 2017.

He also appreciates that when the pressure’s on, every member of the Fixing Point team works together to get the job done on time and to a high standard. Henry attributes this efficiency to the company’s culture of communication, with everyone encouraged to speak up and ask for help when they need it.

Being promoted to his current role in Autumn 2019. His promotion is testament to his hard work and commitment to exceeding customers’ expectations. 

Henry also takes pride in seeing Fixing Point products being used on construction projects across the country. He spends a lot of time making sure that our customers are aware of the benefits of choosing our products - to see the team's hard work paying off gives him a great sense of achievement.

Helping to manage his local football team. They’re currently seventh in their league, and as Henry assures us, they’re on their way up! 

At weekends you’ll also catch him watching Cheltenham Town FC matches with other members of the Fixing Point team.
