Project Overview

Fixing Point supported Midas Cladding with the external cladding of SeAH Wind’s monumental monopile factory—the largest monopile manufacturing facility in the world. Spanning 90acre with a main production hall measuring approximately 810m × 200m × 40m and covering around 160,000m2, the factory is designed to roll, weld, and assemble monopiles up to 15.5m in diameter, 120m long, and weighing 3,500 tonnes, aiming for full commercial production in early 2025.

Changing Design & Tight Programme: The project underwent evolving design revisions and tightly driven deadlines to align with client targets.
