The brief
In mid-July 2020, Finn Industrial Roofing completed their refurbishment of an industrial unit in Ferndown, Dorset.
As the old roof had multiple problems and had come to the end of its life, the decision was made to overclad the existing roof with a clean and tidy new built up system.
The new roof was laid and installed by Finn Industrial using both our fixings and Gridtite system for the built up system.
The process
Finn Industrial chose Fixing Point due to our strong working relationship and our service delivery - stating we're always "keen to help"!
Once the job was awarded, the team at Finn Industrial appointed a surveyor and schedules were drawn up for our internal team to quote on.
After a few meetings, Luke and his team produced the final roof design and put the project into motion. Works were carried out and completed quickly and efficiently by the guys at Finn Industrial, using our very own Gridtite bar and bracket support system.
The results
Far removed from its previous leaky life, the new roof has strong architectural impact and a modern aesthetic.
The client is very happy with the final result and the services provided.
